    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by T.E. Johnson):
     
    On March 20, 2003, at the parties’ request, the Board extended until June 8, 2003, the
    time period for Henry Pratt Company to appeal a February 3, 2003 determination of the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).

    415 ILCS 5/40(a)(1) (2002); 35 Ill. Adm. Code
    101.300(b), 105.208. At issue is the Agency’s denial of the application for an air permit
    regarding Henry Pratt Company’s water valve manufacturing facility at 401 Highland Avenue,
    Aurora, Kendall County. Because petitioner failed to timely file an appeal, the Board dismisses
    this case and closes the docket.
