ANNOUNCEMENTS
 
 
After calling the meeting to order, Chairman Johnson welcomed members of the public and staff
to the meeting.
 
Chairman Johnson noted that the Chicago portion of the meeting was moved
from the Board’s 11
th
floor office to the 9
th
floor due to video equipment failure, and apologized
to the public for any inconvenience. The Chairman explained that signs had been posted and
staff was personally directing the public to the 9
th
floor video conference room.
