In support Petitioner states:
1.
The above-captioned
permit appeal
was filed
with
the
Board
on
or about
February 8, 2002.
The permit appeal was taken from the Illinois
Environmental Protection
Agency’s (IEPA’s) denial
of application for significant modification permit for the Watts
Landfill located in
Rock Island County,
Illinois.
The current decision deadline
is October
17,
2003.
2.
Because of subsequent submittals of information and permit application for
closure of said landfill, which are still under review and are, if approved, contemplated to
resolve this permit appeal; this matter needs to be extended generally.
