AS 94-6
(Adjusted Standard - Air)
ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J. Theodore Meyer):
This matter has been stayed for various reasons since shortly after its filing, the most
recent reason being that the parties have been awaiting approval from the United States
Environmental Protection Agency of the Board’s rulemaking in the matter of 15% ROP Plan
Control Measures for VOM Emissions-Part IV (April 20, 1995), R94-21, regarding an
amendment to 35 Ill. Adm. Code 218 Subpart DD, and a revision to Illinois’ State
Implementation Plan.
The last order of the Board extending the stay was issued on January 9, 1997, and
directed the parties to file status reports on or before March 17, 1997, the stay’s expiration
date. The parties have neither filed the reports as ordered, nor made any other filings in this
matter.
The parties are directed to file status reports on or before November 3, 1997. If status
reports are not timely received, this petition will be subject to dismissal.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, hereby certify that
the above order was adopted on the 2nd day of October 1997, by a vote of 7-0.
Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk
Illinois Pollution Control Board
