WAIVER OF DECISION DEADLINE
NOW COMES the Petitioner, Barry Amoco, Inc. (“Barry”), by one ofits
attorneys, Curtis W. Martin of Shaw & Martin, P.C., and, pursuant to 35 Ill. Adm.
Code 101.308(c)(2), hereby waives the decision deadline for the Illinois Pollution
