Inc.,

Illi-
nois 60803,
has filed with the
Illinois Pollution Control Board
a Petition for an Adjusted Stan-
dard.
The Petition

The Petition seeks
an
adjusted standard from 35

Code Subpart
F,
Section
218.204(c)
(the ‘“Paper Coating
Rule’’),
as this rule applies to
the emissions of volatile
organic material from Crom-
well-Phoenix,
Inc.’s operations
in Alsip,
Illinois.
The Adjusted
Standard would allow Crom-
well-Phoenix,
Inc.
to utilize cor-
rosion inhibiting solutions in its
manufacturing process that
exceed 2.3 pounds of volatile
organic material per gallon of
coating applied
(excluding
water)
Any person may cause
a public
hearing to be held in the
above-described adjusted
standard proceeding by filing a
hearing request with the Illinois
Pollution Control Board within
21 days after the date
of the
publication of this notice.
The
hearing request should clearly
indicate the docket number for
the adjusted standard proceed-
ings,
as found in this notice,
and shall be mailed to the Clerk
of the Board,
