    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
    On September 26, 1997, respondents, Cardinal Industries, Inc. and Daniel E. Cardinal,
    Jr. (respondents), filed an agreed motion to stay the proceedings in this matter. The motion
    alleges that complainant and respondents have agreed to proceed with non-binding mediation in
    an attempt to resolve all matters raised in a currently pending federal action and in the instant
    Board action. The Board hereby grants the motion for stay until the conclusion of the
    mediation proceedings. The parties are directed to inform the Board of the result of the
    mediation proceedings upon their completion.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
