ORDER OF THE BOARD

(by Dr. Satchell):

On August 12, 1976 Southern Illinois Power Co-Op filed

a petition for variance.

This petition requested an exten-

sion of the variance granted by the Board in PCB 75-352.

This petition failed to meet the requisites of the Board’s

Procedural Rule 401.

The incorporation of the earlier pro-

ceeding may satisfy this requirement.

Petitioner will be

allowed forty-five

(45) days to correct the inadequacies of

the variance petition.

Failure to timely file an amended

petition will cause the petition to be dismissed without

prejudice for inadequacy.

The statutory time limit for

decision will run from the date of filing the amended

petition.
