MOTION FOR WITHDRAWAL OF PERMIT APPEAL
The Fox River Water Reclamation District (“FRWRD”),
by its attorneys, moves to
withdraws its Permit Appeal in the above-reference case.
FRWRD filed its original Permit
Appeal on March
8, 2000.
Since that time, the requested relief hasbeen rendered unnecessary.
FRWRD’s Skyline Treatment Plant, which was the subject ofthis Permit Appeal, has been
closed and the NPDES permit has been terminated by the Illinois
EPA.
Illinois EPA’s
termination is attached as Exhibit A.
