This matter comes before the Board on an October 23, 1990

motion for extension of time filed by Keystone Steel and Wire

Company (Keystone). Keystone requests “an extension of time

until one week after the Board reaches a decision in R90-17 to

respond to the Board orders dated September 27, 1990 and October

11, 1990.” The Board hereby grants an extension of time until

two weeks after the Board reaches a decision in R90—l7. The

Board is granting a two week extension due to the potential for

delays between the decision date and the date the decision is

received by the party.
