    Agency (“Agency”)
    filed
    a motion requesting the Board
    to
    reconsider its August
    30, 1990 Opinion and Order.

    Company,
    Inc.
    (“G
    & M”)
    has not filed
    a response.
    In its August Opinion and Order, the Board dismissed the
    case after concluding
    that the Agency did not prove that G
    & M
    violated Section 2l(g)(3) of the Act.
    The Board has reviewed the
    Agency’s motion and finds
    that it there
    is nothing contained
    therein that pursuades
    us
    to reconsider, our decision.
    Accordingly,
    the Agency’s motion for reconsideration
    is denied.
