for compliance with

the oarticulate emission regulations.

The program

to be completed by

1972,

and annual

reapproval

is required by

the

statute.

The Agency tells

us

Marquette

is making satisfactory

crogress

in imolementing

the

program,

and no suggestion

is made

that the program is

in need

of modification.

We therefore hereby grant an extension

of

the variance granted Jan

6,

1971

to permit orderly completion

of the original orogram,

as

was contemplated by our earlier order.

Conditions

of the initial

order,

to the extent not mooted will remain

in effect.
