Unit #6 at Joppa,

Illinois.

We have received a letter dated September 22, 1972 from

petitioner indicating that Unit #6 was removed from service on

September 9,

1972

to complete final construction of an

electrostatic precipitator.

Petitioner asks that the petition

for variance be withdrawn,

which request is hereby granted.
