ORDER

Variance is hereby granted for petitioner to connect its proposed 44 new

single family houses into the existing City of Mt. Carmel sanitary sewer

system and treatment facility, pui~suantto the following conditions:

1.

That the sanitary waste flow from the 42 currently existing

substandard houses ~i11 be discontinued on or before the

date upon which the 44 new houses will be put into use, thus

resulting in. a net increase of only two houses over the

current number. It shall be permissible to begin using the

new houses on a staggered basis provided that there will be

a net increase of no more than

two

houses at any

given

time.

2.

That the petitioner shall post an individual bond in the amount

of $10, 000 to guarantee its performance with the terms and

conditions of this order.
