    The District was granted a variance until May, 1974 (MSD v. EPA,
    #72—110, May 23, 1972) to permit orderly abandonment of the District’s
    East Chicago Heights sewage treatment plant.
    Now the District tells
    us the May, 1974 date if asked for cannot be met and asks we revise it
    to September~ The District should file with us whatever information it
    deems necessary to substaptiate this request,
    and we shall await the
    Agency’s recommendation.
    I, Christan Moffett, Clerk of the Pollution Control Board, certify that
    the Board adopted the above Supplemental Order this
