    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by R.C. Flemal):
    On August 11, 1997, the complainant and respondent, Old World Industries, Inc., filed
    an agreed motion to extend the stay of proceedings in this matter. The parties request that the
    Board stay all proceedings in this matter for an additional 60 days to allow them to further
    engage in settlement negotiations. The Board has previously granted a stay in this matter until
    August 15, 1997, to allow the parties to engage in settlement discussions. See People v. Old
    World Industries Inc. (August 21, 1997), PCB 97-168. The Board hereby grants the parties’
    motion and stays the proceedings in this matter up through and including October 14, 1997.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
