Agency

reports that

the

old

church,

which

is

tributary

to

the

same

plant,

will

be

demolished,

so that the

change

will

have

virtually

no

impact

on

the

plant,

EPA

recommends

a

grant

on

condition

that

the

old

church~s

sewer

connection

he

sealed,

and

it

is

so

ordered.
