Hearing is ordered on the petition.

Within ten days from the

date hereof, petitioner shall advise the Board why a variance is

requested and whether the Grove Avenue sewer has been declared

overloaded by the Environmental Protection Agency thereby preventing

connection.

If such is not the case,

then petitioner would be

entitled to request a sewer permit

in accordance with the comprehen-

sive variance heretofore entered by the Board with respect to the

North Shore Sanitary District Waukegan Plant and the case will be

dismissed as moot.
