On March 14, 1972 we entered an order indicating

the

failure of the present petition to allege facts which, if proved,

would entitle the village to the relief it sought. We allow-

ed 20 days for the submission of further information. None

having ever been submitted, we hereby dismiss the petition

for the

reasons stated in

our March 14 order.
