Opinion & Order of the Board on Amended Petition

On June

27,

1972 we ordered additional information to

support the request for extension of a variance granted ~ay

2~, 1972 approving

a May,

1974 date for completion of an inter-

ceptor sewer.

We have since received an amended petition re-

peating the conclusory allegation that the date originally

submitted by the District cannot be

met,

but without support-

ing data.

We cannot grant the extension without proof.

We offer

the District an additional

20 days in which

to

submit

such

proof as may be necessary

to

support

the allegation, and will

expect

the

Agency’s recommendation

within

20

days

thereafter.

We note also the request that

the

security

required

be

reduced

in accordance with precedent and invite the Agency~scomment.
