    ORDER
    On January 17, 1973 Petitioner filed a single page
    document “requesting a variance from your standard require-
    ment’. It is impossible to learn from a reading of
    the
    document just which Regulation might be involved or any-
    thing whatsoever regarding the factual situation or the
    hardship to Petitioner from complying with a Regulation.
    We have no alternative but to dismiss the variance
    Petition without prejudice.
    The Petition for a Variance is dismissed without
    prejudice.
    I, Christan L. Moffett, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution
    Control Board, hereby certify the above Order was adopted
