then the
Petitioner
does
not
need
a variance.
Petitioner
shall
provide
to the
Board by or
before
February
8,
1973
information
as
to whether
or
not
the
sewer
to be
used
is
categorized
as
overloaded
by
the
Agency.
The
90-day
period
for variances
shall
run
from
the
date
of submission
of
the
additional
information
herein
requested.
