This cause. coming on on Respondent~s Motion to Strike

complaint heretofore filed by.the Environmental Protection Agency

for lack of specificity, and it appearing that the matters with

respect to which Respondent seeks further information would be

available by the use of pre-trial discovery methods pursuant to

procedural regulations of the Pollution Control Board;

IT IS ORDERED that the Motion to Strike the complaint be and

the same is hereby denied.
