    On petition for modification
    of Order entered October
    3,
    1972
    and response to said petition filed by the Environmental Protection
    Agency on December 19,
    1972,
    that our order of October
    3, 1972 be
    modified as follows:
    IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the control program for cupola
    operation
    filed by South Side Foundry Company is hereby approved
    as
    follows
    Proposed control program filed by South Side Foundry Company
    in its petition for modification filed with the Board on
    November
    2,
    1972
    is approved subject to the following
    terms and conditions:
    (a)
    South Side Foundry Company shall have its system in
    operation by
    June 30,
    1973;
    (b)
    The Company shall submit monthly progress reports to
    Variance
    Department
    of
    the
    Environmental
    Protection
    Agency;
    (c)
    The
    company shall notify the variance section of the
    Environmental Protection Agency when:
    (I)
    the control equipment and construction contracts
    are signed with copies sent to the Variance Sec-
    tion;

    (ii)
    the equipment is delivered on site;
    (iii)
    construction is started;
    (iv)
    start-up is scheduled.
    (d)
    Personal bond in the amount of $10,000 shall be
    filed assuring completion of said program by
    June 30, 1973
    in form satisfactory
    to the Board
    and the Agency.
    No security shall be required.
    (e)
    The Company shall apply for and receive all installa-
    tion and operating permits as are required to pursue
    the program approved herein.
    (f)
    The Company shall furnish evidence to the Environmental
    Protection Agency that its outlet grain loading does
    not exceed
    .03 grains/SCF.
    (g)
    The Agency shall be notified of all source testing
    to
    be performed at least five days in advance thereof and
    copies
    of the entire test, including field data and
    test results shall be furnished to the Variance Section
    of the Environmental Protection Agency.
