We have received a letter from

Mssrs.

Hanson and McDonald

which appears to be

a request for variance.

We need the

following additional information in order to treat the petition

as being adequate:

How many homes are affected; how many

people reside in those homes; are septic tanks presently used;

description of the septic tank effluent (odor,

etc.); does

it come to the surface or cause any problem; when would the

sewer be built and connected to the Lake Bluff

sewage plant.

The 90-day decision period will begin to run when we

receive this additional information.
