    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by M. McFawn):
    On August 4, 1997, the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) filed a
    “Motion for Extension of Time in which to File Recommendation” seeking an extension of the
    time within which, pursuant to 35 Ill. Adm. Code 104.180(a), the Agency must make a
    recommendation to the Board with respect to petitioner Minnesota Mining & Manufacturing
    Company’s pending “Second Amendment to Petition for Declaration of Compliance or in the
    Alternative, for Variance.” The Board hereby grants the Agency’s motion, and extends the
    time for filing of the Agency’s recommendation to and including August 31, 1997.
