    This cause coming on to be heard
    on motion of the Environmental
    Protection Agency
    to dismiss petition for variance filed
    by
    LaClede
    Steel Company because of failure
    to comply with the requirements of
    Rule 401(a)
    of the Procedural Rules
    of
    the Pollution Control Board,
    and
    it appearing
    that hearing has
    already been authorized on the
    above petition,
    IT IS ORDERED
    that
    the motion of
    the Environmental
    Protection
    Agency for dismissal be and the same
    is hereby denied,
    and petitioner
    is authorized
    to amend
    its petition so as
    to comply with
    the Rules
    of
    the Pollution Control Board with respect
    to variances,
    as afore-
    said,
    within
    10 days from the datu hereof.
