Opinion & Order of the Board (by Mr. Currie)

This variance petition sought relief from an Agency-

imposed Limitation on connections to municipal sewers in

the City of Minonk. The petitioners now advise us they

wish to withdraw the petition after discussions, presumably

with the Agency, persuaded them that an alternative remedy

should be pursued. The motion to dismiss is hereby granted

and the petition dismissed without prejudice.
