1972, we directed Petitioner

to file an amended petition for variance by September 1,

1972, providing additional information in support of its re-

quest for a variance from applicable standards during completion

of improvements to its sewage treatment facility. Our

earlier order clearly stated that in the absence of the

filing of an amended petition by September 1, 1972 containing

the recuested additional information, the original petition

would be dismissed. That date has now long since passed

and no further information has been submitted by Petitioner.

Therefore, the petition is hereby dismissed.
