Upon consideration of the record,

a variance is hereby granted

to permit connection of the Cinnamon Creek development,

as

described in the record,

to the sewers, and to discharge wastes

to the sewers; all on condition that the petitioner obtains prior

written approval by the Environmental Protection Agency of

the.

proposal for installation and use of sewage holding tanks, with

regard to size,

instrumentation, odors, explosion and corrosion

hazards, policing to assure use as required,

and such other

matters as the Agency may deem relevant;

and that such holding

tanks are in fact installed prior to any discharge and utilized

so as to prevent overloading of the sewers.
