INTERIM ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Dumelle)
The petition filed July 16, 1973 with the Board is inadequate.
It does not tell us to which
sewage
treatment plant the sewage
would drain. No estimate of the additional load on the sewage
plant is given.
The petitioner shall file additional information within 21 days
on the points mentioned above. The petitioner shall also file a
waiver of the 90-day decision period for the time elapsed until the
new filing is made.
The Lake County Department of Public Health is requested to
supply the Board a report as to the present state of the Ploch
Import Motors, Inc. septic system and a recommendation as to dis-
position of this case by the Board.
Failure of the petitioner to file the requested information
within 21 days shall subject the petition to dismissal for inadequacy.
