Motion of petitioner has been filed requesting that we

grant

the variance requested without hearing, based, in part, upon the

recommendation of the Agency to grant the petition for variance

as requested.

We cancel the hearing previously ordered and take the matter

under advisement for decision and order based upon the petition

and recommendation heretofore filed.
