ORDER OF THE BOARD
(by Mr. Dumelle)
The letter petition filed May 9,
1973 is not clear
as
to the
exact condition at the premises at 2407-14th Street
in North Chicago.
If the present sewage system consists
of a septic tank and field then
the petitioner should so state,
The phrase “interrupted the only
sewer outlet
I had” seems
to indicate the cutting of an existing
sewer stub which would not need a variance to reconnect.
The Lake County Department
of Public Health
is asked to report
to the Board on this situation as per past practice within
20 days.
Petitioner
is ordered to file an amended petition within
20 days
including
a waiver from the 90-day decision period for
20 day period.
It
is the intent of the Board to decide this case without a
public hearing.
IT
IS SO ORDERED.
I,
Christan L. Moffett, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control
Board, hereby certify the above Order was adopted on the
/O~’~?
day
of May,
1973 by a vote of
