ORDER OF THE BOARD (BY SAMUEL T. LAWTON, JR.):

On Application by Great Lakes Carbon Corporation, respondent—

petitioner, for designation of the non—disclosure status with

respect to documents entitled “Gunter Exhibit” and “Forecast Exhibit”

both appended to the Stipulation and proposal for settlement filed

herein, conditional status of non-disclosure is granted to both

exhibits.

In the event the Board determines that disclosure of each or

both documents will be necessary for the rendition of its Opinion

and Order, respondent-petitioner will be so advised, at which time

it will determine whether the non—disclosure status will be removed,

or, in the alternative, that the exhibits may be withdrawn, in which

event the Board will render its opinion and order without the benefit

of said exhibit or exhibits so withdrawn.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
