    The petition for variance filed with the Agency on June
    7 is not
    adequate under the requirements of the statute and Rule
    401 of the
    Board Procedural Rules.
    Petitioner is ordered to file an amended petition within 30
    days from date of this order giving details
    as
    to the amounts
    of
    emissions,
    the present effect upon air quality of these emissions,
    and the cost of compliance of
    the various alternatives.
    The extent and degree of hardship which will be created by
    adherence
    to the regulation should be specified.
    Waiver of
    the
    90-day decision period for the time elapsed
    until the amended petition
    is filed shall be made by the petition.
    Failure
    to make
    a timely filing
    of the amended petition
    sF~al1 subject it
    to dismissal
    as being inadequate.
