    Motion for consolidation of the above-captioned case with
    pending variance petition in case entitled Gener L Electric Company
    v. Environmental Protection Agency, #73-42 has been filed by the
    Attorney General on behalf of the Environmental Protection Agency.
    Both cases will be assigned to the same hearing officer. The
    matter of consolidation will be left to the discretion of the Hearing
    Officer.
