    ORDER
    The Pollution Control Board finds that the Petition for
    Variance is not in compliance with its Procedural Rules
    (Part IV, Rule 401), since the Petition does not identify
    the Rule or Regulation from which a variance is requested
    and does not state the anticipated cost to Petitioner of
    compliance with the Regulation. Petitioner is given
    leave to furnish such additional information within 20 days
    along with a statement that the 90 day period specified in
    Section 38 Environmental Protection Act for Board action on
    the variance request shall commence with the filing of the
    additional information.
