On February 27,

1973, we entered an Order directing General

Fire Extinguisher Corporation to file within 15 days, a detailed

specification with respect to the frequency and intensity of

pollutants emitted by its operation, what relief is sought by

the variance petition and what reg~ilationsthe compliance with

which it seeks to be excused from, pending completion of installa-

tion as set forth in.its petition for variance.

No submission has been

made

by

General

Fire

Extinguisher

Corporation.

Accordingly, we must dismiss the petition for variance

without prejudice.

Any new variance petition filed should contain

the information sought by our February 27, 1973 order.
