INTERIM ORDER

The petition
filed with the Board on March
12,
1973 does
not state
the specific rule or regulation from which relief
is sought.
It
is
not clear whether the sewers themselves
are
overloaded or whether the sewage plant is inadequate.
In
addition, no facts are given as to the damage to the environ-
ment that will result from the grant of this variance.
The
Board is also aware of a slowdown in the availability of
Federal grant funds for sewage plant construction but the
petition is not clear as
La whether any Federal grant funds
(as
opposed to loan funds)
are involved in the sewage plant
construction.
Petitioner is ordered
to file an amended petition within
15 days answering these points.
If no additional information
is received by the Board within this time then the petition is
subject to dismissal as being inadequate.
The 90 day period whict~the Board has in which to decide
a variance shall run from the time of the submission of the
amended petition.
