    The petition dated May 28, 1973 is inadequate since it does
    not tell whether the reservoir contains fish and other aquatic life;
    whether it is a flow-through type; why biodegradable algicides cannot
    be used or other techniques listed in recent Board opinions (City
    of Lal-iarpe, et al, PCB 72-168, August
    8,
    1972 and
    City
    of Paris,
    et al, PCB 72-277, August 15, 1972).
    Petitioner is ordered to file an amended petition within 30
    days and to waive the 90-day decision period for a 30 day period.
    If an amended petition is not filed then the petition shall be
    subject to dismissal as being inadequate and incomplete.
    The Agency is asked to supply the petitioner with copies of
    the two Board opinions referred to above.
