    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Duinelle)
    Variance is granted from Rule 203(f) of Chapter 3, Water
    Pollution Regulations, to exceed the 0.02 mg/i water quality standard
    for copper by treating Lake Nellie with copper sulfate.
    1. Treatment with copper sulfate shall be once monthly for
    the months of June through and including September, 1973.
    2. Dosage for any treatment shall not exceed 700 lbs. of
    copper sulfate.
    3. Copper concentrations at the raw water intake to the water
    treatment plant shall not exceed 1.0 mg/i.
    4.
    Copper concentrations in the reservoir shall be measured
    immediately before and after each treatment with copper
    sulfate and the results reported to the Agency on a monthly
    basis.
