decision

petition.

Waiver

of the 90-day Rule during which a variance order must

be entered

is

granted for a four-week period.

The Board’s decision with respect to the variance petition will

be continued to June 28, 1973 and the 90-day period for rendition

of an order is extended to said date pursuant to petitioner’s
