Case #73-78 is a citizens’ complaint against Respondent,
alleging violation of the Air Pollution Provisions of the Environ-
mental Protection Act and the Air Pollution Regulations.
Case #73-79
is a citizens’ complaint against Respondent,
alleging
water
pollution
in
violation
of
the
Environmental
Pro-
tection
Act
and
the
Water
Pollution
Regulations.
We
find
both
complaints
to
meet
statutory
requisites
and,
accordingly, direct that both matters be set for hearing and be
assigned to the same hearing officer.
We do not, by this
Order, direct consolidation of the proceedings,
leaving this matter open for further motion or action by the hearing
officer as may be appropriate.
