    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    On February 28, 1973, the District filed with the Board
    a petition which raises certain questions regarding connection
    charges. The covering letter to the petition indicates that
    copies of the petition were sent to the Illinois Environmental
    Protection Agency, the League of Women Voters and the City of
    Highland Park. To those parties and also to Lake Forest we
    will allow ten days in which to comment upon or respond to
    said petition.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
