OPINION AND ORDER OF THE BOARD

On February
22, 1973 a letter petition was received from the
petitioner requesting
a sewer permit in Gurnee in order
to build
a house on Magnolia Street in order to generate temporary
employment.
We assume that the sewage from Gurnee drains
to the Clavey Road
treatment plant of the North Shore Sanitary District though
the
petition is silent on this.
The Clavey Road plant has used up
its quota of sewer connections and no more remain at this
time.
The grounds
as alleged are insufficient
to
the Board
to
grant
this petition and accordingly it is dismissed as being inadequate.
ORDER
The petition is dismissed
as having inadequate grounds
for hardship
sufficient
to consider for granting the variance.
