    is granted from Rule

    of the Water Pollution
    Regulations
    to permit copper levels
    in excess of 0.02 mg/i subject
    to the following conditions;
    1.
    Treatments with copper sulfate
    shall be limited
    to
    one
    per
    month
    for
    the
    months
    of
    June
    through
    and
    including
    September,
    1973.
    2.
    Dosage
    with
    copper
    sulfate
    shall
    not
    exceed
    90
    lbs.
    in Wildwood Lake and 500
    lbs.
    in Northern Oaks
    Estates per treatment.
    3,
    Copper concentrations at the raw water intake
    to
    the water treatment plant shall never exceed 1.0 mg/l.
    4.
    Copper concentrations in the reservoir shall be
    measured immediately. prior to and after each copper
    sulfate treatment and the results submitted to the
    Agency on a monthly basis.
