Petition to modify variance order entered November 21, 1972

in the above-captioned case has been filed by The Sherwin-Williams

Co. Without disposing of the merits of the petition, we extend

the time in which petitioner shall submit engineering drawings and

plans for further mercury control on areas of the plant other than

the Paint Department to the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency,

to and including June 7, 1973.
