1973, we extended the variances previously granted

to petitioner which would expire on April 25, 1973,

to May 25,

1973,

upon having received from petitioner a waiver of the 90—day rule

in which a variance decision must be rendered extending the period

for rendition of such Order to May 25,

1973.

We have received a further conditional waiver extending the

time for such Order to May 31, 1973, upon condition that the variances

be likewise extended to said date.
