A proposed final draft was authorized by the Board on

May

1972.

Upon Motion to Reconsider,

the proposed final

draft

is hereby modified in the following respects:

1.

The new date for requiring operating permits

for grain handling and conditioning operations

shall be September

1,

1974,

2.

We delete the proposal for granting exception

from the permit requirement for on-farm grain

dryers having

a throughput capacity of 1,000 bushels

or

less per hour.

This type of exception shall

be considered at

a later date,

following the

development of more information by

a Task Force.
