On
September
13,
1973
Petitioner
was
granted
variance
from
Air
Pollution
Control
Regulations
to
enable
the
conversion
and replacement of incinerators
and
for
the
purpose
of
permitting
Petitioner
to modify
its
pollution
control
program.
Paragraph
3
of
the
Order provides:
“Within 60 days from
the
date hereof, Petitioner
shall submit to the Environmental Protection
Agency and the Pollution Control Board
its
revised
program of compliance, consistent with this
Opinion and Order”.
On October 17, 1973 Petitioner filed Motion for Extension
of
Time
requesting an additional
60 days to submit its program
and report.
Petitioner states that negotiations are now under-
way to develop
a method of disposing of Petitioner’s refuse
without
the use of noncomplying incinerators and that the extension
of
time is needed to finalize Petitioner’s program and make the
report.
The
Motion for Extension of Time is hereby allowed.
The
date for filing of
the report and program of compliance shall be
January
11,
1974.
